Recently, there was big news in Taiwan. From KMT party, they speak after they go back to power in 2020, the party will pursue to sign the "peace agreement" with China. The most special thing is the "peace agreement" is under the National law. It means if Taiwan's government sign this agreement, our government will admit our authority belongs to China and Taiwan also become a part of China. At the same time, if China's government want to take any action to deal with Taiwan's people, we can't get any help from other countries. Because after signing the agreement, the other countries can't take a hand in the politic problem or internal problem of one country.
As a Taiwanese, as the 1990s generation, I am worried about our government to sign the agreement behind their people. Because in Taiwan, we right now have the speaking, traveling, gathering and discussing policy freedom. If my government sign the agreement, I am worried the China's government will invade our freedom and deal with us like Tibet's and Uyghur's people. The agreement can's as a guarantee to protect Taiwanese's right and maintain peace.
